Shipping & Returns
Shipping times and costs vary depending on which service you select on Checkout. We base our shipping rates on the weight being shipped, the destination it's being shipped to, and the shipping method selected. When placing your orders with Funny Donk you'll have three different shipping options: Standard, Recorded and Courier.
Standard Shipping (Royal Mail) is the cheapest option available. It's an untracked service, though typically it's very fast. Often orders shipped with Royal Mail's 1st Class service arrive the next working day but can take up to 3 working days to arrive. Shipping times for Europe and the rest of the world can take up to 5-10 days to arrive.
Recorded Shipping (Royal Mail Signed For) is a proof of delivery service. In the UK orders are tracked on delivery, meaning once the parcel has been signed for the Royal Mail will have a record of who signed, and when. When shipped outside of the UK your parcel is tracked as it enters the shipping country as well as proof being obtained when it's delivered. Shipping times can take up to 1-3 days to arrive.
Courier Shipping (DPD Next Day) is tracked throughout its journey, and proof of delivery is obtained when delivered. The 'next day' service refers to the UK, where all parcels are delivered the next working day. Delivery estimates for other countries are slightly longer.
Once payment is verified we aim to keep our turnaround times within 3-5 working days. Please note that this does not include shipping times. If you place an order over the weekend it will not enter the production queue until the following Monday. Once production begins it can take 3-5 working days to complete your order before it's ready for shipping. Regarding holidays, the latest you can place orders to guarantee arrival for the Christmas period is December 10th at 12pm GMT. This date is for ALL shipping services.
When shipped to the UK, Royal Mail's Recorded service is only tracked on collection and delivery - if you want to track UK parcels in more detail you'll need to use our Courier option (DPD). Both Recorded and Courier offer detailed tracking for all orders shipped outside the UK. You can select your shipping options at Checkout and then opt for tracking updates via text message on the Payment page. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number included. You can then use this tracking number to check the status of your order here...
IMPORT TAX & DUTY
To avoid any taxes we specify low item value on the package. Sometimes import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. For further details on charges, please contact your country's customs office.
Please understand that Funny Donk is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.
Delays may also occur as a result of International Customs Inspections. Your country's Customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. The recipient takes full responsibility for your local Government's and postal regulations regarding Import and Customs, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for the EU and the rest of the world. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time. Please keep in mind that Shipping can take 3-10 working days depending on where you are in the world so please be patient and allow 10 working days to pass before you inform our support team of a missing order.
If an order does not arrive, we recommend checking at your local post office and confirming your address before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge. Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don't accept returns or exchanges. In the rare case of a product being faulty, simply send us an email to email@example.com. Please include the date of purchase, your order number, and a photo and description of the fault. We usually respond within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.
