Where is Funny Donk located?

Funny Donk is a cloud based comedy magazine which started in April 2019 for the reason that we want to make people laugh. With offices (garden sheds, and the occasional hedgerow after waking in a drunken stupor) in both Blackburn, UK and Galway, Ireland we decided against the use of postal addresses due to fears of disgruntled neighbours posting dog poo in our letterbox.

How do I submit a funny photo or video that I made?

You are always welcome to send us your original image and video edits. We love receiving them but please be aware that the vast amount of submissions we receive, makes it impossible for us to reply to every single one of them. Our Facebook community is making our lives much easier these days and that is why we urge everyone to join our Facebook groups to submit your content.

I'm a comedy writer. How do I get my work on your site?

We are always on the lookout for talented individuals that make funny content so if you'd like to be featured on our site send us an email with your work. Please read over the requirements on our Submissions page and ensure that your submissions are original and not stolen from other websites.

I found content on your site that belongs to me. What now?

At Funny Donk we pride ourselves on making sure all creators are credited when their content is featured on our website. Being the internet, however, unfortunately sometimes it's impossible to determine the original creator. If you want your content removed from our website or would like to be properly credited, please email our legal team at legal@funnydonk.com

 

Regarding image copyright; we try not to use any images that are covered under copyright. However, if an image is used that is covered by copyright then please contact us regarding the image immediately so we can correct the problem. Please accept our apologies in advance on behalf of any contribution which has offended.

How are Funny Donk t-shirts and other products made?

For each item ordered you can expect only the best quality of printing on all of our products, which means no iron-on transfers that get damaged in washing machines. Our warehouse uses Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing methods along with eco-friendly dye sublimation inks and embroidery. For more information there is also a detailed description on each of our product pages.

What are the shipping options?

Funny Donk has 3 shipping options. Standard Shipping (Royal Mail) is the cheapest option available. It's an untracked service, though typically it's very fast. Recorded Shipping (Royal Mail Signed For) is a proof of delivery service. In the UK orders are tracked on delivery, meaning once the parcel has been signed for the Royal Mail will have a record of who signed, and when. Courier Shipping (DPD Next Day) is tracked throughout its journey, and proof of delivery is obtained when delivered. When will I receive my order?

After your payment is verified, it takes 3-5 working days to process and then ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Shipping can take 3-10 working days depending on where you are in the world so please be patient and allow 10 days to pass before you inform our support team of a missing order. How can I track my order?

You can track your order if you have chosen either Recorded Shipping or Courier Shipping. Once payment is verified, you can then opt to receive tracking status text message notifications for your order. Your tracking reference number will be included when we send you a shipping confirmation email. You can track your order status here...

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

If you need to remove an item or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@funnydonk.com.. We generally process orders within the first few hours of purchase, and once our warehouse begins processing your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Also, if you just placed your order, unfortunately, we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.

What are the care instructions for Funny Donk products?

For t-shirts and other clothing we suggest washing at 30, inside out. Do not tumble dry, and do not iron directly over the print. All of our mugs are dishwasher safe.

I never received my order. What do I do?

If an order does not arrive, we recommend checking at your local post office and confirming your address before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge. Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your order hasn't arrived after 10 working days then send us an email to support@funnydonk.com

What do I do if I received a faulty order?

In the rare case of a product being faulty, simply send us an email to support@funnydonk.com. Please include the date of purchase, your order number, and a photo and description of the fault. We usually respond within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.
